10 muscles 24 exercises

10 muscles 24 exercises


Do each exercises  for 1 minute with a partner or by yourself
(rest for 1 minute after you complete an exercise)

Note: you don’t have to do all exercises in one day

Muscles:
1. Deltoid (shoulders)
Exercise #1: T-raise (raise your arms straight out to your sides until they’re in line with your body)

easy: hold with no weights (acceptable weights for your size)
hard: hold with weights

Exercise #2: Shoulder Press
easy: lift up and down with no weights
hard: lft up and down with weights

2. Biceps
Exercise #3: Arm Curl
Exercise #4: Hammer Curl
Do as many as you can for arm curls and hammer curls under 1 minute

3. Oblique’s (external abdominal oblique muscle)
Exercise #5: Twisty’s
Sit on your exercise mat and twist your body from side to side with a ball or weights
Exercise #6: Straight Leg Cycle:
Lie in your back and hold one leg up for 1 minute (do the the same to your other leg)

4. Quadriceps
Exercise #7: Squats
Exercise #8: Tuck Jumps
Exercise #9: Lunges
Do as many squats, tuck jumps, and lunges under 1 minute

5. Abdominals
Exercise #10: Leg Raises
Do as many as leg raises under 1 minute.  
Exercise #11: Flutter Kicks
Lay on your back with feet elevated about 6 inches off the ground. Keep your knees straight and toes pointed. Kick up with each leg. You may rest your head on the floor or lift your shoulders

6. Triceps
Exercise #12: Dips
Exercise #13: Plank Pushups
Exercise #14: Narrow stance push-up
Exercise #15: Kick-backs
Do as many dips, plank push-ups, narrow stance push-up, and kick-backs as many as you can under 1 minute.

7. Lats (latissimus dorsi) (back)
Exercise #16: Pull-ups
Do as many pull-ups as you can under 1 minute
Exercise #17: Bent over row
Do as many bent over rows under 1 minute

8. Gluteus (butt)
Exercise #18: Donkey Kicks
Start in a push-up position and kick one leg up and down backwards (do the other leg afterwards)
Exercise #19: Squats
Do as many squats as you can under 1 minute
Exercise #20: Jump Lunge
Do as many jump lunges as you can

9. Hamstrings
Exercise #21: Hammy Curl
Exercise #22: Jump Lunge
Do as many hammy curls and jump lunges as you can under 1 minute

10. Calves
Exercise #23: Calf Rises
Exercises #24: Jumping Jacks
Do as many as calf rises and jumping jacks as you can under 1 minute
Hard: jumping jacks with weights

I’ve been meaning to create something like this for a while, so here it is:
30-Day Monster Boy Challenge!
Goal: Draw 30 pictures featuring some fabulous monsters! Try to do something new with each drawing. Aim to reach a point of completion with each one. Challenge yourself, and have fun!
Useful resources and generators to help: Godchecker, List of demon sigils, Mythical creature wiki, Wikipedia’s list of legendary creatures, Gods & Monsters, Bishonen character generator, Monster boy/girl generator, Monster boy/girl/enby generators 
Note: Of course this challenge is not just limited to making male characters! I originally made this a monster boy challenge because I personally like to draw dudes a lot. But if you want to do this challenge drawing girls, non-binaries, or whatever genders you choose— by all means, go ahead! <3
Also, if you’re doing any prompts from the challenge, I’d love to see your work! So if you’d like, use the tag #MT30DMC so I can see all your lovely work!

"I Never.." Drinking Game Challenge

Here’s a drinking game you can play with family or friends for your next party!

Players: 2-5players (18+)

Drinks: any alcohol of your choice.

How to play: Whoever is up first will say “I never” (think of something you’ve never done before). For example: “I never been to New York”. If anyone around the table has been to New York or what the first player just said, they have to drink. Then continue to the next person and repeat!

Drink carefully & responsibly!
